Terms and Conditions of Use and Sale

1. Subject

These terms govern the use of the site eVinjeta-Slovenia.com and the sale of Slovenian electronic motorway vignettes (e-vinjeta) offered by Nexora Data, S.L., Carrer Galileo Galilei, 2, Edifici U, Local 10, 07121 Palma, Espagne (NIF B-22469944). Any order implies their unconditional acceptance.

2. Service

eVinjeta-Slovenia.com is an intermediary service: we register an electronic vignette on your behalf with DARS d.d., the manager of Slovenian highways, for the plate, category, and period you specify. The displayed price includes the official vignette rate and our service fees; it is fixed, unique, and all taxes included.

3. Order

The order includes the selection of the vehicle category (1, 2A, or 2B), duration (7 days, 1 month, 6 months, or 1 year), start date of validity, license plate, and a valid email address. The accuracy of this information is solely your responsibility: a vignette registered on an incorrect plate or category is considered invalid during inspections.

4. Price and payment

The prices in effect are those displayed on the Rates page at the time of the order. Payment is made online by credit card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay, via a PCI-DSS compliant secure payment provider. The order is only processed after actual payment is received.

5. Delivery and activation

The registration confirmation is sent by email, generally within minutes after payment and no later than within 24 hours. The vignette is valid from the chosen start date, 00:00, until the end of the period, 24:00 (Slovenian local time).

6. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with Article 103 a) of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 (General Law for the Defense of Consumers) and Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal can no longer be exercised once the vignette is registered with DARS, the service being fully executed with your express agreement. Before registration, you can cancel free of charge by contacting us.

7. Refund and modification

A registered vignette is neither modifiable, nor transferable, nor refundable, including in case of input error, resale of the vehicle or non-use. In case of an error attributable to eVinjeta-Slovenia.com, the vignette is re-registered at our expense or fully refunded.

8. Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount of the order. We are not responsible for fines, surcharges, or damages resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer, nor for unavailability of the DARS registration system beyond our control.

9. Complaints and mediation

Any complaint can be addressed to contact@evinjeta-slovenia.com. If no amicable resolution is reached within 60 days, you can file a complaint free of charge with the consumer mediator we are under, or the European online dispute resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr).

10. Applicable law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. In the absence of an amicable agreement, the courts of Palma de Mallorca (Spain) shall have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory rules protecting the consumer, who may also bring the case before the courts of their place of residence within the European Union.
