2. Data collected

For the execution of the order: license plate, vehicle category, validity period, email address, billing data. Credit card data is processed exclusively by our payment provider and never passes through our servers. For audience measurement: anonymized browsing data.

3. Purposes and legal bases

Vignette registration and sending of the proof (contract execution); billing and accounting obligations (legal obligation, retention for 10 years); response to your requests (legitimate interest); commercial emails only with your consent, revocable at any time.

4. Recipients

The strictly necessary data for registration (license plate, category, period) is transmitted to DARS d.d. (Slovenia, European Union). Our technical subcontractors (hosting, payment, emailing) are located in the EU or governed by standard contractual clauses. No data is sold.

5. Retention periods

Order data: 5 years after the end of the vignette's validity (contractual proof); accounting documents: 10 years; customer account: deletion after 3 years of inactivity; navigation data: maximum 13 months.

6. Your rights

You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, limitation, opposition, and portability, as well as the right to set post-mortem directives. Exercise by email at contact@evinjeta-slovenia.com (response within one month). You can file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Authority, the AEPD (aepd.es), or with the authority in your country of residence (in France, the CNIL).
